Tempting Tables set, polished and in a new location
New this year is the venue. It'll be in downtown Muskegon at the Holiday Inn Muskegon Harbor, 939 Third. For several years, it had been at the Maranatha Conference Center in Norton Shores.
Tempting Tables opens with special Patron Day events on Wednesday. A Patron Day ticket includes a tea from 1-3 p.m. and a special preview party from 4:30-7 p.m. Patron ticket holders will be allowed to attend the event as often as they wish. They'll also be entered in a drawing for one of four $250 cash prizes.
A free, open-to-the-public breast cancer seminar will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the hotel after the preview party. Attendees will be able to get the most current information available on breast cancer research and speak with breast cancer researchers Dr. Sofia Merajver of the University of Michigan and Dr. Carrie Graveel of the Van Andel Research Institute.
Additional table entries will include “A Dream Come True,” “Good Morning Red Rooster,” “Forever Best Friends,” “Irish Eyes Are Smiling,” “Flying on Gilded Wings,” and others.
